Aloo Paratha Brunch

Here is a simple way to enhance Aloo Paratha (potato pancakes/stuffed flatbreads).

Serve it with some fresh cut onions, a dollop of yoghurt,  fresh cilantro. you can also add some Indian pickle and green chilis if you like spicy stuff.

Of course, this is a carb rich breakfast for those who burn quite a bit of energy through walking or running during the day!
